Local Planroom
Local Planroom – Our local planroom is conveniently located just west of downtown Minneapolis. We have many work tables, computer workstations, self-service copiers: both regular and large format, and wi-fi access for your laptop.
Copiers – Machines for specs and drawings are available in the plan room for members to use as needed either self serve or staff assisted. Copies of drawings can also be ordered from our Online Planroom.
24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week
Online Planroom – Our Online Planroom is our most popular service. It is a virtual planroom that holds 99.9% of the projects we receive daily. Plus, you have 24/7 access to our projects with a few clicks of the mouse!
Job Fax – This self-serve fax service allows members to instantly be faxed the latest project information.
Reporting
Daily Plan List – A daily email listing of new plans, including estimated values, major divisions (1-16) and name of architect and/or engineer.
Daily Addenda List – A daily email listing of addenda that have arrived present day.
Prebid/Negotiated List – A daily email listing of projects not currently in the planroom, including prebid projects (projects in the design phase) and active (bidding)projects that are not yet available at MBEX.
CSI Listings – A daily email of sections (both broad & narrow scope) found in contents of project manuals that have been specifically selected by your company. Notifies subscribers daily of plans which require bids on sections specific to their business.
Bid Result List – A weekly or daily email of bid results obtained for projects that were recently bid.
Complete List of Plans – A once or twice a week e-mail listing all projects currently in the planroom. Notation is made of the new plans and addenda since the last update. This supplements the weekly bulletin and provides the latest source of MBE numbers for the website.
