Mission Statement
The Minneapolis Builders Exchange seeks to provide useful services to large and small companies involved in the construction industry. It seeks to design and offer programs that will assist these companies, and their employees, to build more effective businesses and create a strong unified industry.

ARTICLE II OBJECTS
The purpose and object for which this corporation is formed is to maintain and conduct an organization, the general object and design of which shall be to cultivated friendly, social and business relations among persons connected with the building industry in the City of Minneapolis and the surrounding trade area; to provide facilities for the interchange of views and the avoidance or amicable settlement of controversies and differences among its members and their employees; and in general to advance and promote all legitimate interests of the building trade; to foster growth and progress of the City of Minneapolis and the surrounding trade area by promoting the erection of well-planned, properly constructed and equipped public and private buildings; to discuss and consider any important public questions or contemplated improvements and exercise its influence for the same; to the end that the members of the Exchange cooperate for the general good and that such membership may be an assurance to the public of the skill, honorable reputation and reliability of the members.
To procure (either by lease or purchase), furnish and maintain suitable rooms for the use if its members for assembly rooms, offices and other purposes.
This corporation shall have no capital stock. It shall have power to make By-laws not in conflict with the laws of the State of Minnesota, or the laws of the United States, as they may deem suitable for their government, and to alter, amend, add to, or repeal the same at their pleasure.
